โดยจะผนวกพื้นที่แบบต่างๆ เช่น Clubhouse , สนามฟุตซอล, สระว่ายน้ำ, พื้นที่เล่นกีฬา Extreme, ส่วนร้านค้า, สวนหย่อม, ทางวิ่ง ทางขี่จักรยาน,
ลานจอดรถ, พื้นที่อเนกประสงค์ทั้งกลางแจ้งและในร่มฯ รวมไว้ในพื้นที่เดียวกัน เพื่อให้สะดวกกับการใช้งานแบบมาที่เดียวทำได้หลายกิจกรรม พร้อมๆกันทุกเพศทุกวัย และทุกคนในครอบครัวสามารถจะใช้เวลาร่วมกันได้มากขึ้น
การออกแบบจะคำนึงถึงการใช้งานทุกกิจกรรม และใส่ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของรูปแบบตัวอาคารที่แปลกตาและลื่นไหล รวมทั้งสอดผสานหลอมรวมกับสภาพแวดล้อม ที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพธรรมชาติ ทิศทางแดด, ลม, การระบายอากาศ ที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
